At Novant Health he provided operational, strategic, clinical, and cultural leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and patient-centered care across Novant Health.
Dr. Eskioglu oversaw all medical staff and lead the safety and quality teams and initiatives. In addition, he was the leader of 8 Novant Health Clinical Institutes, Novant Health Research Institute, Pharmacy with its entire P&L, healthcare economics group as well as Co-Executive Director for Novant’s Institute of Innovation and Artificial Intelligence.
