Hello! My name is Heather Rafanello, and I’m so happy to be here. I’m a mental health therapist, dog mom, and coffee lover. In addition, I founded Growing Mindset Therapy (www.growingmindsettherapy.com), a mental health practice on a mission to make mental health services accessible, convenient, and fun. In addition to offering our private practice mental health services, we’re trailblazing the Corporate Therapy space, one contract at a time. We’re passionate about breaking the stigma that surrounds mental health, specifically in the workplace, and we’re creating change by supporting individuals, AND companies through our corporate therapy programs – the research on the impact that employee mental health has on their well-being, and performance is compelling, and we’re here to share it!
